مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَصِحُّ) السَّلَمُ (بِلَفْظِهِ) ؛ كَأَسْلَمْتُكَ هَذَا الدِّينَارَ فِي كَذَا مِنْ الْقَمْحِ، (وَ) يَصِحُّ (بِلَفْظِ سَلَفٍ) ؛ كَأَسْلَفْتُكَ كَذَا فِي كَذَا؛ لِأَنَّهُمَا حَقِيقَةٌ فِيهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُمَا لِلْبَيْعِ الَّذِي عُجِّلَ ثَمَنُهُ وَأُجِّلَ مُثَمَّنُهُ. (وَ) بِلَفْظِ (بَيْعٍ وَبِمَا) ؛ أَيْ: لَفْظٍ (صَحَّ بِهِ) الْبَيْعُ.
