(وَيَتَّجِهُ زِيَادَةُ) سَابِعَ عَشَرَ، وَهُوَ: غُسْلُ (مَنْ وَلَدَتْ بِلَا دَمٍ، مُرَاعَاةً لِخِلَافِ مَنْ أَوْجَبَهُ) ، جَزَمَ بِهِ الْقَاضِي فِي " الْجَامِعِ الصَّغِيرِ "" وَمَسْبُوكِ الذَّهَبِ "" وَالْإِفَادَاتِ " وَاخْتَارَهُ غَيْرُهُمْ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
