وَلَا يَلْزَمُ أَخذُ نَحْو تَمْرٍ إلَّا جَافًا لَا أَنْ يَتَنَاهَى جَفَافُهُ

(وَلَا يَلْزَمُ أَخْذُ نَحْوِ تَمْرٍ) ؛ كَزَبِيبٍ (إلَّا جَافًّا) الْجَفَافَ الْمُعْتَادَ (لَا أَنْ يَتَنَاهَى جَفَافُهُ) ؛ فَلَا يَلْزَمُ ذَلِكَ الْمُسْلَمَ إلَيْهِ؛ لِمَا يَأْتِي مِنْ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِلْمُسْلِمِ إلَّا أَقَلُّ مَا تَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ الصِّفَةُ.
