وَيَكْفِي الظَّنُّ فِي الإِسْبَاغِ: وَهُوَ تَعْمِيمُ عَضْوٍ بِمَاءٍ بِحَيثُ يَجْرِي عَلَيهِ وَلَا يَكُونَ مَسْحًا،

(وَيَكْفِي الظَّنُّ فِي الْإِسْبَاغِ، وَهُوَ) : - أَيْ: الْإِسْبَاغُ - (تَعْمِيمُ عُضْوٍ بِمَاءٍ بِحَيْثُ يَجْرِي) الْمَاءُ (عَلَيْهِ وَلَا يَكُونُ مَسْحًا) ؛ لِأَنَّ اعْتِبَارَ الْيَقِينِ حَرَجٌ وَمَشَقَّةٌ، (ثُمَّ يَتَحَوَّلَ عَنْ مَوْضِعِهِ فَيَغْسِلَ قَدَمَيْهِ، وَلَوْ) كَانَ
