(وَلَيْسَ لِمُسْلِمٍ إلَّا أَقَلُّ مَا يَقَعُ عَلَيْهِ الصِّفَةُ) الَّتِي عَقَدَ عَلَيْهَا،

فَإِذَا أَتَاهُ بِهِ لَا يَطْلُبُ مِنْهُ أَعْلَى مِنْهُ، لِأَنَّهُ أَتَاهُ بِمَا تَنَاوَلَهُ الْعَقْدُ فَبَرِئَتْ ذِمَّتُهُ مِنْهُ.
