. وَإِنْ قَالَ رَبُّ سَلَمٍ لِغَرِيمِهِ: (أَنَا أَقْبِضُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: السَّلَمَ مِمَّنْ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ (لِنَفْسِي، وَخُذْهُ بِالْكَيْلِ الَّذِي تُشَاهِدُ؛ صَحَّ) قَبْضُهُ لِنَفْسِهِ؛ لِوُجُودِ قَبْضِهِ مِنْ مُسْتَحِقِّهِ.
