(وَإِنْ تَرَكَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: تَرَكَ الْقَابِضُ الْمَقْبُوضَ (بِمِكْيَالِهِ، وَأَقْبَضَهُ لِغَرِيمِهِ؛ صَحَّ) الْقَبْضُ (لَهُمَا) ؛ لِأَنَّ اسْتِدَامَةَ الْكَيْلِ كَابْتِدَائِهِ، وَقَبْضُ الْآخَرِ فِي مِكْيَالِهِ جَرَى لِمُصَاعِهِ فِيهِ،
