الْآتِيَةِ: (وَ) لَوْ قَالَ لِغَرِيمِهِ (اشْتَرِ لِي بِدَيْنِي) الَّذِي لِي (عَلَيْك طَعَامًا) ، فَفَعَلَ؛ لَمْ يَصِحَّ، (أَوْ) قَالَ لَهُ (أَسْلِفْ لِي أَلْفًا مِنْ مَالِكَ فِي كُرِّ طَعَامٍ، فَفَعَلَ، لَمْ يَصِحَّ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الدَّيْنَ لَا يُمْلَكُ إلَّا بِقَبْضِهِ،
