(فَمُقْرِضُ قِرْشٍ) لِآخَرَ، (يَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ دَرَاهِمَ) بَدَلَهُ؛ (لَا يَجُوزُ) حَيْثُ اشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ ذَلِكَ، لِأَنَّهُ رِبًا. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
