(وَكَذَا كُلُّ غَرِيمٍ) ؛ أَيْ: مَدِينٍ؛ حُكْمُهُ كَالْمُقْتَرِضِ فِيمَا تَقَدَّمَ (غَيْرُ اسْتِعْمَالِ رَهْنٍ وَيَأْتِي) أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ اسْتِعْمَالُ الرَّهْنِ لِمَصْلَحَتِهِ؛ كَخَوْفٍ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ عُثٍّ.
