(وَهُوَ) ؛ أَيْ: الْقَرْضُ (فِي الدَّعَوَاتِ) إذَا فَعَلَ الْمُقْتَرِضُ وَلِيمَةً أَوْ عَقِيقَةً وَنَحْوَهَا؛ (كَغَيْرِهِ) مِمَّنْ لَا دَيْنَ عَلَيْهِ.
