(فَمَنْ) كَانَتْ حَائِضًا أَوْ نُفَسَاءَ (وَنَوَتْ) بِغُسْلِهَا (حِلَّ وَطْءٍ صَحَّ غُسْلُهَا) وَارْتَفَعَ الْحَدَثُ الْأَكْبَرُ فَقَطْ؛ لِأَنَّ حِلَّ وَطْئِهَا يَتَوَقَّفُ عَلَى رَفْعِهِ،
