(وَيَتَّجِهُ بِاحْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ (وَلَا يَرْجِعُ) بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ (عَلَى) مَدِينٍ (مَضْمُونٌ) ؛ لِاعْتِرَافِهِ بِبَرَاءَةِ ذِمَّتِهِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
