وَإذَا تَبَايَعَ ذِمِّيَّانِ خَمْرًا بِثَمَنٍ بِذِمَّةٍ، وَأُقْبِضَ الْخَمْرُ ثُمَّ مَاتَ بَائِعُهُ وَأَسْلَمَ وَارِثُهُ؛ جَازَ لَهُ أَخْذُ الثَّمَنِ نَصًّا.
