وَيَتَّجِهُ: لَا مَعَ تَصْدِيقِ بَاذِلٍ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ لَا) يَرْجِعُ قَابِضُ مَكِيلٍ أَوْ مَوْزُونٍ وَجَدَهُ نَاقِصًا عَلَى ضَامِنِ نَقْصِهِ (مَعَ تَصْدِيقِ بَاذِلٍ) ، فَيُطَالِبُ الْبَاذِلَ فَقَطْ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُعْتَرِفٌ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ.
وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
