(لَا) يَصِحُّ (إنْ ضَمِنَ لِمُشْتَرٍ خَلَاصَ الْمَبِيعِ. قَالَ) الْإِمَامُ (أَحْمَدُ: كَيْفَ يَسْتَطِيعُ الْخَلَاصَ؟) وَاخْتَارَهُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ؛ لِأَنَّهُ (إذَا خَرَجَ حُرًّا) أَوْ مُسْتَحَقًّا لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ خَلَاصَهُ.
