(وَكَذَا) فِي الرُّجُوعِ وَعَدَمِهِ (كَفِيلٌ وَكُلُّ مُؤَدٍّ عَنْ غَيْرِهِ دَيْنًا وَاجِبًا) ، فَيَرْجِعُ إنْ نَوَى الرُّجُوعَ.
