(وَإِنْ اعْتَرَفَ رَبُّ دَيْنٍ بِالْقَضَاءِ وَأَنْكَرَ مَدِينٌ؛ لَمْ يُسْمَعْ إنْكَارُهُ) ؛ لِاعْتِرَافِ رَبِّ الْحَقِّ بِأَنَّ الَّذِي لَهُ صَارَ لِلضَّامِنِ؛ فَوَجَبَ قَبُولُ قَوْلِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ إقْرَارٌ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ.
