مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا يَحِلُّ) دَيْنٌ مُؤَجَّلٌ (بِمَوْتِ مَضْمُونٍ) عَنْهُ، (وَ) لَا بِمَوْتِ (ضَامِنٍ إنْ وَثَّقَ الْوَرَثَةُ) [رَبَّ الدَّيْنِ] بِرَهْنٍ بِحِرْزٍ أَوْ كَفِيلٍ مَلِيءٍ، (وَإِلَّا) تَوَثَّقَ الْوَرَثَةُ؛ (حَلَّ) الدَّيْنُ، فَيُطَالَبُونَ بِهِ فِي الْحَالِ.
