مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَدُخُولُهُ لِرَجُلٍ بِسُتْرَةٍ مَعَ أَمْنِ وُقُوعٍ فِي مُحَرَّمٍ) مِنْ النَّظَرِ إلَى عَوْرَاتٍ وَمَسِّهَا، وَنَظَرِهِمْ إلَى عَوْرَتِهِ وَمَسِّهَا. (مُبَاحٌ) لِمَا رُوِيَ " أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ دَخَلَ حَمَّامًا كَانَ بِالْجُحْفَةِ " وَرُوِيَ عَنْهُ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَيْضًا، وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ:«نِعْمَ الْبَيْتُ الْحَمَّامُ يُذْهِبُ الدَّرَنَ وَيُذَكِّرُ النَّارَ» .
