(وَمَنْ كَفَلَ لِاثْنَيْنِ فَأَبْرَأَهُ أَحَدُهُمَا) مِنْ الْكَفَالَةِ، أَوْ سَلَّمَ الْمَكْفُولَ بِهِ لِأَحَدِهِمَا؛ (لَمْ يَبْرَأْ مِنْ الْآخَرِ) ؛ لِبَقَاءِ حَقِّهِ؛ كَمَا لَوْ ضَمِنَ دَيْنًا لِاثْنَيْنِ فَوَفَّى أَحَدُهُمَا.
