(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَكَذَا) - أَيْ: كَدُخُولِ حَمَّامٍ فِي الْحُكْمِ - (تَفْصِيلٌ: تَفَرُّجٌ) عَلَى غُزَاةٍ أَوْ حُجَّاجٍ أَوْ وُلَاةٍ أَوْ عُرْسٍ أَوْ خِتَانٍ وَنَحْوِهَا، فَيُبَاحُ مَعَ أَمْنِ سَمَاعِ أَوْ نَظَرِ مُحَرَّمٍ،

وَيُكْرَهُ مَعَ خَوْفِ ذَلِكَ (وَيَحْرُمُ) مَعَ الْعِلْمِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
