(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَلَا) يَلْزَمُ رَبَّ الدَّيْنِ احْتِيَالٌ (عَلَى ذِي شَوْكَةٍ) ؛ لِعَدَمِ قُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى إحْضَارِهِ مَجْلِسَ الْحُكْمِ.
وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
