مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ صَالَحَتْ) عَنْ دَيْنٍ أَوْ عَيْنٍ أَقَرَّتْ بِهِ (بِتَزْوِيجِ نَفْسِهَا) ؛ صَحَّ الصُّلْحُ وَالنِّكَاحُ (وَكَانَ مَا أَقَرَّتْ بِهِ مِنْ دَيْنٍ أَوْ عَيْنٍ صَدَاقَهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّ عَقْدَ التَّزْوِيجِ يَقْتَضِي عِوَضًا، وَلَمْ يُنَبِّهُوا عَلَيْهِ لِظُهُورِهِ.
