وَمَنْ قَال صَالِحْنِي عَنْ الْمِلْكِ الذِي تَدَّعِيهِ، أَوْ بِعَينِهِ؛ لَمْ يَكُنْ مُقِرًّا بِهِ.

(وَمَنْ قَالَ) لِآخَرَ: (صَالِحْنِي عَنْ الْمِلْكِ الَّذِي تَدَّعِيهِ، أَوْ) قَالَ لَهُ (بِعَيْنِهِ؛ لَمْ يَكُنْ مُقِرًّا بِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: بِالْمِلْكِ لِلْمَقُولِ لَهُ؛ لِاحْتِمَالِ إرَادَةِ صِيَانَةِ نَفْسِهِ عَنْ التَّبَذُّلِ وَحُضُورِ مَجْلِسِ الْحُكْمِ بِذَلِكَ.
