مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَ) إنْ أَوُدِعَ (بِدُونِهَا) - أَيْ الْحَاجَةِ - فَإِنَّهُ (يَضْمَنُ) مَا تَلِفَ مِنْ مَالِ الشَّرِكَةِ بِسَبَبِ إيدَاعِهِ لَهُ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
