(وَيَتَّجِهُ أَوْ) اشْتَرَى شَرِيكٌ أَوْ وَلِيُّ يَتِيمٍ (قِنًّا فَبَانَ حُرًّا) ؛ يَضْمَنُ؛ لِتَفْرِيطِهِ بِعَدَمِ اسْتِفْسَارِهِ عَنْهُ بِكَثْرَةِ السُّؤَالِ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
