فَإِنَّ الْأُجْرَةَ تُؤْخَذُ مِنْ مَالِهِ، أَوْ حَابَا فِي (مُسَاقَاةٍ وَمُزَارَعَةٍ) ، فَتُعْتَبَرُ الْمُحَابَاةُ (مِنْ الثُّلُثِ) ؛ لِخُرُوجِ مِلْكِهِ،
