مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) إنْ شَرَطَ رَبُّ الْمَالِ (لِأَحَدِهِمَا) - أَيْ الْعَامِلَيْنِ - (ثُلُثَ الرِّبْحِ، وَ) شَرَطَ (لِلْآخَرِ رُبُعَهُ) - أَيْ الرِّبْحِ - (وَالْبَاقِي لَهُ) - أَيْ لِرَبِّ الْمَالِ (جَازَ) ذَلِكَ، وَكَانَ الرِّبْحُ عَلَى مَا شَرَطُوا؛ لِأَنَّ الْحَقَّ لَا يَعْدُوهُمْ؛ فَجَازَ مَا تَرَاضَوْا عَلَيْهِ.
