مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَلَهُ) - أَيْ الْعَامِلِ - (بَيْعُهُ إذَنْ) ؛ أَيْ: حِينَ شِرَائِهِ قَبْلَ ظُهُورِ الرِّبْحِ. (وَ) يَتَّجِهُ أَنَّهُ (لَا يُوقَفُ) الرَّقِيقُ (لِاحْتِمَالِ رِبْحٍ؛ لِيَعْتِقَ) ؛ لِأَنَّ فِي تَأْخِيرِ بَيْعِهِ ضَرَرًا عَلَى الْمَالِكِ وَالْمَقْصُودُ بِالتِّجَارَةِ عَدَمُهُ. وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
