(وَإِذَا رَبِحَ الْمَالُ فَأَخَذَ رَبُّهُ بَعْضَهُ) - أَيْ: الْمَالِ - (كَانَ مَا أَخَذَهُ) رَبُّ الْمَالِ (مِنْ الرِّبْحِ وَرَأْسِ الْمَالِ فَلَوْ اشْتَرَى الْعَامِلُ عَبْدَيْنِ بِمِائَةٍ، فَتَلِفَ أَحَدُهُمَا، وَبَاعَ) الْعَامِلُ
