(وَيَتَّجِهُ فِي بَحْثِ الْمُنَقَّحِ) آنِفًا - وَهُوَ قَوْلُهُ [فَيُؤْخَذُ] مِنْهُ دَوَامُ الْعَمَلِ عَلَى الْعَامِلِ فِي الْمُنَاصَبَةِ إلَى أَنْ تَبِيدَ (أَنَّهُ) يَلْزَمُ دَوَامُ الْعَمَلِ (بِوَضْعِ غَرْسٍ) لَا قَبْلَهُ (فِي أَرْضٍ مَعَ حُصُولِ نَمَاءٍ) فِيهِ، وَيَتَّجِهُ
