وَإِنْ اُتُّهِمَ بِخيَانَةٍ؛ حَلَفَ وَلِمَالِكٍ ضَمُّ أَمِينٍ بِأُجْرَةٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ اُتُّهِمَ) ؛ أَيْ: اتَّهَمَهُ رَبُّ الْمَالِ (بِخِيَانَةٍ؛ حَلَفَ) الْعَامِلُ؛ لِاحْتِمَالِ صِدْقِ الْمُدَّعِي، (وَلِمَالِكٍ) اتَّهَمَ عَامِلًا (ضَمُّ أَمِينٍ) إلَيْهِ (بِأُجْرَةٍ مِنْ مَالِ نَفْسِهِ) - أَيْ الْمَالِكِ - لِعَدَمِ ثُبُوتِ خِيَانَتِهِ.
