(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَ) تَصِحُّ الْإِجَارَةُ وَتَنْعَقِدُ (بِمُعَاطَاةٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهَا نَوْعٌ مِنْ الْبَيْعِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
