(وَ) يُشْتَرَطُ فِي اسْتِئْجَارٍ (لِحَرْثٍ مَعْرِفَةُ أَرْضٍ بِرُؤْيَةٍ) ؛ لِاخْتِلَافِ الْعَمَلِ بِاخْتِلَافِهَا سُهُولَةً وَحُزُونَةً، وَلَا تَنْضَبِطُ بِالصِّفَةِ.
