مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَصِحُّ اسْتِئْجَارُ زَوْجَتِهِ لِرَضَاعِ وَلَدِهِ) ؛ كَالْأَجْنَبِيَّةِ، (وَلَوْ) كَانَ وَلَدُهُ (مِنْهَا) ؛ (وَ) يَصِحُّ اسْتِئْجَارُهَا لِأَجْلِ (حَضَانَتِهِ) - أَيْ: الْوَلَدِ - سَوَاءٌ كَانَ مِنْهَا أَوْ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا.
