(وَلَا) تَصِحُّ إجَارَةٌ (عَلَى زِنًا أَوْ زَمْرٍ أَوْ نَوْحٍ) ؛ لِعَدَمِ إبَاحَتِهِ، (أَوْ تَعْلِيمِ سِحْرٍ وَغِنَاءٍ) وَلَا إجَارَةَ كَاتِبٍ يَكْتُبُ ذَلِكَ.
