وَيَجُوزُ تَقْدِيرُ أُجْرَةٍ بِأَجْزَاءِ فَراغٍ وَأَصْلٍ وَإنْ قَاطَعَهُ عَلَى نَسْخِ الأَصْلِ بِأَجْرٍ وَاحِدٍ؛ جَازَ
