مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَلَا) تَصِحُّ إجَارَةُ (أَخْرَسَ لِتَعْلِيمِ مَنْطُوقٍ أَوْ) - أَيْ وَلَا إجَارَةُ - (أَعْمَى لِحِفْظِ) ؛ أَيْ: لِيَحْفَظَ شَيْئًا يَحْتَاجُ رُؤْيَةً؛ لِأَنَّ الْإِجَارَةَ عَقْدٌ عَلَى الْمَنْفَعَةِ، وَلَا يُمْكِنُ تَسْلِيمُ هَذِهِ الْمَنْفَعَةِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْعَيْنِ. .
