(وَ) إنْ اسْتَأْجَرَ دَابَّةً (لِإِدَارَةِ دُولَابٍ؛ اُعْتُبِرَ مُشَاهَدَتُهُ) - أَيْ الدُّولَابِ - (مَعَ) مُشَاهَدَةِ (دِلَائِهِ) ؛ لِاخْتِلَافِهَا، (وَ) اُعْتُبِرَ (تَقْدِيرُ ذَلِكَ) الْمَذْكُورِ (بِزَمَنٍ أَوْ مِلْءِ نَحْوِ حَوْضٍ، وَلَا) يَصِحُّ تَقْدِيرُهُ (بِسَقْيِ أَرْضٍ لِتُرْوَى) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَنْضَبِطُ. وَإِنْ اسْتَأْجَرَ دَابَّةً
