(وَكَذَا) لَا يَصِحُّ أَنْ يَسْتَأْجِرَ إنْسَانًا (لِتَطْيِينِ سَطْحٍ، وَ) تَطْيِينِ (حَائِطٍ وَتَجْصِيصِهِ؛ لِاخْتِلَافِ طِينٍ بِرِقَّةٍ وَغِلَظٍ) ، وَأَرْضُ السَّطْحِ تَخْتَلِفُ، فَمِنْهَا الْعَالِي وَالنَّازِلُ،
