مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَلْزَمُهُ) - أَيْ الْأَجِيرُ الْمُشْتَرَكُ - (الشُّرُوعُ) فِي عَمَلِ مَا اُسْتُؤْجِرَ لَهُ (عَقِبَ الْعَقْدِ) ؛ لِجَوَازِ مُطَالَبَتِهِ بِهِ إذَنْ، (فَإِنْ أَخَّرَ) الْعَمَلَ (بِلَا عُذْرٍ) ، فَتَلِفَ الْمَعْقُودُ عَلَيْهِ؛ (ضَمِنَ) ؛ لِتَلَفِهِ بِسَبَبِ تَرْكِهِ مَا وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ.
