(وَإِنْ عَقَدَ) إجَارَةٍ (عَلَى) رَعْيِ إبِلٍ أَوْ بَقَرٍ أَوْ غَنَمٍ (مُعَيَّنَةٍ مُدَّةً، تَعَيَّنَتْ) ؛ كَمَا لَوْ اسْتَأْجَرَ لِخِيَاطَةِ ثَوْبٍ بِعَيْنِهِ؛ (فَلَا تُبْدَلْ؛ وَيَبْطُلُ الْعَقْدُ فِيمَا تَلِفَ) مِنْهَا؛ لِفَوَاتِ الْمَحَلِّ الْمَعْقُودِ عَلَيْهِ؛ كَمَوْتِ الْوَضِيعِ
