(وَيَتَّجِهُ بِاحْتِمَالٍ قَوِيٍّ) أَنَّهُ (لَوْ أَعْسَرَ) الْمُسْتَأْجِرُ، وَعَجَزَ عَنْ دَفْعِ أُجْرَةِ أَرْضٍ مَبْنِيَّةٍ مَسْجِدًا؛ (لَا يَلْزَمُهُ) - أَيْ: الْمُؤَجِّرَ - إبْقَاءُ الْبِنَاءِ إلَى أَنْ يَبِيدَ، أَوْ يُوسِرَ الْمُسْتَأْجِرُ.
