(وَإِنْ شَرَطَ) عَلَى مُسْتَأْجِرِ أَرْضٍ لِغَرْسٍ أَوْ بِنَاءٍ (قَلْعَهُ بِانْقِضَاءِ) مُدَّةِ الْإِجَارَةِ؛ (لَزِمَهُ) قَلْعُهُ وَفَاءً بِمُوجِبِ شَرْطِهِ.
