(وَ) لِمُؤَجِّرٍ (مُشْتَرِطٍ) عَلَى مُسْتَأْجِرٍ (عَدَمَ سَفَرٍ بِعَيْنٍ مُؤَجَّرَةٍ الْفَسْخُ) بِهِ - أَيْ: بِسَفَرِهِ بِهَا - لِمُخَالَفَتِهِ الشَّرْطَ.
