(وَلَا تُقْبَلُ دَعْوَى مُسْتَأْجِرٍ الرَّدَّ) - أَيْ: رَدَّ الْعَيْنِ الْمُؤَجَّرَةِ إلَى مَالِكِهَا - إذَا أَنْكَرَهُ (بِلَا بَيِّنَةٍ) ؛ كَالْمُرْتَهِنِ وَالْمُسْتَعِيرِ وَالْمُضَارِبِ.
