مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَتَجِبُ إعَارَةُ مُصْحَفٍ لِمُحْتَاجٍ لِقِرَاءَةٍ) فِيهِ، وَلَمْ يَجِدْ غَيْرَهُ.

نَقَلَهُ الْقَاضِي فِي " الْجَامِعِ الْكَبِيرِ " وَهَذَا إنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَالِكُهُ مُحْتَاجًا إلَيْهِ، وَخَرَّجَ ابْنُ عَقِيلٍ وُجُوبَ الْإِعَارَةِ أَيْضًا فِي كُتُبٍ لِلْمُحْتَاجِ إلَيْهَا مِنْ الْقُضَاةِ وَالْحُكَّامِ وَأَهْلِ الْفَتَاوَى.
