(وَيُقْبَلُ قَوْلُ مُسْتَعِيرٍ بِيَمِينِهِ فِي عَدَمِ تَعَدِّيهِ) الِاسْتِعْمَالَ الْمَعْهُودَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُنْكِرٌ، وَالْأَصْلُ بَرَاءَتُهُ.
