(وَيَتَّجِهُ فَلَوْ غُصِبَتْ) الدَّابَّةُ الْمُسْتَعْمَلَةُ بِإِذْنِ الشَّرِيكِ؛ (ضَمِنَ) الْمَأْذُونُ (نَفْعَهَا) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْعَارِيَّةَ مَضْمُونَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ.

وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
